Dear employers and employees,

Massage @ your work : Healthy people means healthy business

Most companies have onsite massage facilities for their staff, do you?

Are you ready to give your employees the opportunity to relax during their break or after working hours?

Is your workforce and productivity suffering as a result of STRESS? Then I can help solve your problem. I am an experienced practitioner who can deliver a range of specially adapted holistic therapies to suit your workplace. I am insured to work anywhere, I am self-employed and I will bring my massage chair and consent forms, appointment forms. Choose from Back massage, Indian Head Massage, legs/feet massage, Energy session (Reiki/Diamond Inguz Light Healing), DCZ facial reflexology.

Nowadays, people are always rushing and don’t take time to look after their health. How many people have you heard saying: “I really need a massage but I don’t have time”. On-Site massage is the best solution to your busy work place. It will save you time and money.

All I need from you is a small room or space where your employees and yourself can relax.

Massage can be both invigorating and also relaxing, depending on what your body needs. The treatment is carried out while the client is sitting in a chair with their clothes on, so is very non-invasive and convenient for anyone. Massage reduces stress, both emotional and physical, and is suggested in a regular program for stress management. No oils used.

Indian Head Massage

This massage uses firm, rhythmical, pressure on the face, scalp, neck, shoulders, upper back and arms. It helps to melt away tension that we store in our upper body, allowing us to clear our minds, calm our worries and release pressure. It is also useful for treating migraine and relief of sinus pain. Clients tend to notice immediate improvements in physical and mental functioning, improved concentration, relief from neck and shoulder stiffness.

Back Massage

This massage uses firm, deep pressure and stroke movements on your back. It increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It shortens recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation without increasing heart load. It stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them supple and pliable. It stimulates the skin and nervous system and soothes the nerves themselves at the same time.

Reiki

It is believed that Reiki can relieve pain, boosts the immune system and relieves acute problems. This is believed because physical manifestations of pain are often linked to emotional, mental and spiritual states. Chronic illnesses may take a series of treatments, depending on the specific nature of the disease. Reiki goes beyond the symptoms to treat the root cause of the disease. The Reiki practitioner is a channel for the healing energy. Energy flowing through this channel leaves all participants energised, strengthened and harmonised afterwards.

The Reiki practitioner does not heal the recipient, only the recipient can do this for themselves. The Reiki practitioner merely channels the energy to facilitate the healing.

Legs and Feet

Our legs and feet frequently get ignored. Massage provides the means to ease these tensions and revitalize this weight-bearing part of the body. Series of strokes and pressure points on legs and feet help improve circulation.
