Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology

Dien Chan Zone® is a technique from Vietnam which has been adapted and Westernised in Italy. It treats symptoms in the body via stimulation of zones on the face to repair and prevent imbalance of every kind and can be used on its own.

A beautiful and relaxing treatment. Extremely gentle yet very effective. The treatment itself would last 50 minutes and you will be given instruction/guidance as a self-tool therapy to work on yourself a couple of minutes per day on the area that needs stimulating to harmonise your physical, emotional and spiritual. No oils are used during this treatment. You would be on a seat or massage table.

This treatment is deeply relaxing that most clients will fall asleep halfway through it.

Feedback from clients after Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology with Sophie:

One week after the session: "Just wanted to give you some feedback after the Facial reflexology session you gave me targeting insomnia.

I can't quite believe it ....after years and years of poor sleeping with long periods of being awake in the night you have given me the tools to help myself. After just one session of facial reflexology and your tuition into how to self treat my sleep quality has improved dramatically. I am sleeping for longer and whilst I still wake up during the night I can easily go back to sleep. It has been miraculous for me. Thank you." S

A detailed description of the session from a client:

"Facial Reflexology

Taking off my shoes I lie, face up, on the raised bed. The room is an oasis of calm. Sophie, reassuringly, places a hand on each shoulder, at once gentle and firm, comforting, seeming to ground me into the peace of the room.

I close your eyes, trusting. I feel her finger rolling slowly over my forehead, the smooth gentle movement is calming, leaving a sensation of unity of spirit. Actually, as I learnt later, Sophie gently moves a gentle object with rounded tip over the face . There is a sublime combination of power and gentleness, of strength and caring as she caresses across the forehead. Later she will go on to explore around the face. I find my arms and legs relaxing as she moves slowly over my forehead. I realise that there is still tension in my face and I find the caressing movement gradually relaxing the tension, muscles loosening, jaw slackening.

Now, a day later, remembering, I want to write it down, to see if by writing will help me understand the profoundness of Sophie’s moving across my forehead. I can only describe it as a rolling motion, the smooth round tip freely rolling over my forehead. Gentle, but with great insight, her movements seem to reveal hidden thoughts. Thoughts change, springing abruptly to consciousness, as she explores my face. But they are calmed, eased, by her gentle movements. She travels down, between nose and eye, around the forehead. The gentleness leads to a deep calm of restfulness, of blissful tranquillity, transformed onto a cloud of soft gentleness.

What words can I use to describe the experience: exquisite, sublime, deep, reassuring, calm, gentle, easing.

After the reflexology I was given exercises, tailored to my needs. I shall do them, slowly gaining practice in the gentle art.

Would I recommend? Yes definitely and have done. Will I go for a follow-up session? Yes, arranged.

PS: I had not been sleeping well before this, but the next morning I awoke, refreshed from a good night’s sleep, my face no longer tense. Sophie, thank you."J
